REPLACEMENT - CHANGE
Terms and replacement process:
Changes are NOT accepted on foreign orders.
Our company takes full responsibility for the possible placement of a defective product in your order and therefore proceeds with its replacement provided that you inform us within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package at the latest, the garment has the label of our store and its original packaging. If the above conditions apply, you follow the following procedure:
Terms and change process (concerns orders within Greece):
It is a process that involves change of size, color or code. Your request can be realized provided that you inform us about the change within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package at the latest, the garment is in its original state without being damaged, the label with the name PARIZIANISTA has not been removed and there is its original packaging. If the above conditions apply, you follow the following procedure:

- You photograph it, so that you clearly see its defective part and the tag "PARIZIANISTA" and send the photo with a personal message to our facebook page (link: http://m.me/parizianista).
- If the photo proves that the conditions mentioned above apply, we come into contact with you to finalize its replacement.
- We ship you a new product at no shipping cost and with delivery time 2-6 working days for Greece and 7-12 working days for Cyprus and Europe. You deliver the defective product to the carrier when the new package is given to you.

It is a process that involves change of size, color or code. Your request can be realized provided that you inform us about the change within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package at the latest, the garment is in its original state without being damaged, the label with the name PARIZIANISTA has not been removed and there is its original packaging. If the above conditions apply, you follow the following procedure:
- Communicate with us in one of the following ways by letting us know about the change request:
1st) by phone on the days and hours of operation of the call center (Monday to Friday 09:00 - 22:00 and Saturday 09: 00-17: 00),
2nd) by completing the contact form you find in our online store and
3rd) by sending a message to our facebook page

- Change can be done with any other item of your choice, of equal or greater value.
- The first change does not involve shipping costs. Every next one will be charged to you and the cost is € 6.00.
- Provided that the new product is of lesser value, the amount of the difference will be credited to your name and deducted from a future order. If the new product is of greater value, the difference will be paid to the carrier with the delivery of the new package.
- The change takes place between 2-6 business days for Greece and 7-12 business days for Cyprus and Europe. The carrier will deliver the change package and receive your original.
